ViSTA Networking Solutions Announces Technology Partnership

 

Sacramento , CA May 25, 2005 – ViSTA Networking Solutions (VNS) and JDS Digital Security Systems announced today a technology partnership for the development and advancement of leading edge Network Video Recoders (NVRs) targeted for IP video surveillance applications.  The technology alliance allows each company to focus on its core expertise while bringing together industry leading hardware and software components to produce superior NVR performance.  JDS will continue to advance its feature rich digital video management software while VNS develops additional scalable and customizable hardware components which are adaptable for each application.  As part of the technology alliance JDS and VNS will jointly market each other and the NVR solutions to their customers.  Included in these marketing activities will be referrals, joint collateral, web site awareness, training sessions and trade show demonstrations.  VNS will offer NVR products bundled with the appropriate JDS Softesite32 package or as hardware only platforms while JDS will recommend specific VNS NVR platforms to their customers based on their unique system requirements.
